Tradeify at a glance
- What it is: a futures prop firm; payouts come from Tradeify Holdings, Corp. Evaluations and funded accounts are simulated. After five payouts from its simulated funded accounts, a trader can move to Tradeify Elite, its live programme.
- Fees: one-time, with no monthly billing and no activation fee on any current plan. Evaluations can be reset for a fee; Lightning Funded accounts can't.
- Platforms: Tradovate, NinjaTrader and TradingView through Tradovate; Tradesea, Quantower, Sierra Chart and R|Trader through Rithmic; and WealthCharts. Tradeify says every platform costs the same, and CME Level 1 data is included (Sierra Chart needs its own paid licence).
- Markets: CME, COMEX, NYMEX and CBOT futures, plus Eurex index and bond futures with an extra data subscription. No crypto futures, Bitcoin included.
- Limits: up to 5 funded accounts at once and 15 evaluations every 30 days.
- India: Tradeify isn't on RBI's Alert List as updated on 19 November 2025, and India isn't on its list of restricted countries. RBI says an entity not on the list should not be assumed to be authorised, and we're not aware of any ruling by an Indian regulator on prop firm fees; the guide to forex trading in India explains where prop firms sit, and prop firm taxes covers payouts.
Tradeify's plans compared ($50,000 account)
| Plan | How you get funded | Drawdown | Daily loss limit | Consistency rule | Payouts |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Select, Flex payouts | Evaluation: $3,000 target, at least 3 days | $2,000, end-of-day trailing | None | 40% in the evaluation; none when funded | Every 5 winning days of $150+; up to 50% of profit, max $2,500 |
| Select, Daily payouts | The same Select evaluation | $2,000, end-of-day trailing | $1,000 when funded | 40% in the evaluation; none when funded | Any day, from profit above a $2,100 buffer; max $1,250, and no more than twice your profit since the last payout |
| Growth | Evaluation: $3,000 target, can pass in 1 day | $2,000, end-of-day trailing | $1,250 (soft) | None in the evaluation; 35% when funded | 5 winning days of $150+ and a $53,000 balance; max $1,500 at first |
| Lightning Funded | No evaluation: funded from day one | $2,000, end-of-day trailing | $1,250 (soft) | 20%, then 25%, then 30% | $3,000 profit goal for the first payout, then $2,000; max $2,000 |
The split is the same on every plan: 90% of each payout to you and 10% to Tradeify.
What the accounts cost
| Account | Growth (reset) | Select, 40% consistency (reset) | Select, 50% consistency add-on (reset) | Lightning Funded |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $25,000 | $99 ($60) | $109 ($75) | $135 ($90) | $345 |
| $50,000 | $145 ($95) | $165 ($109) | $205 ($135) | $492 |
| $100,000 | $255 ($155) | $265 ($169) | $329 ($209) | $660 |
| $150,000 | $369 ($215) | $369 ($239) | $459 ($299) | $796 |
The 50% add-on loosens Select's evaluation consistency rule from 40% to 50% and, Tradeify says, makes a 2-day pass possible. A $300,000 Select account is on limited release at $449, with its own rules and no resets.
Evaluation rules by account size
| Account | Profit target (both) | Select drawdown | Growth drawdown | Growth daily loss limit | Most contracts |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| $25,000 | $1,500 | $1,000 | $1,000 | $600 | 1 mini or 10 micros |
| $50,000 | $3,000 | $2,000 | $2,000 | $1,250 | 4 minis or 40 micros |
| $100,000 | $6,000 | $3,000 | $3,500 | $2,500 | 8 minis or 80 micros |
| $150,000 | $9,000 | $4,500 | $5,000 | $3,750 | 12 minis or 120 micros |
- Select: at least 3 trading days, a 40% consistency rule and no daily loss limit.
- Growth: no minimum days and no consistency rule, but a daily loss limit. It's a soft limit: hitting it stops trading for the day without failing the account. Tradeify's daily loss limit page adds that the limit rises once the balance is 6% up, from the next session.
- Contracts: 10 micros count as 1 mini, and you can mix them within the limit.
How Tradeify's end-of-day drawdown works
Every Tradeify account uses an end-of-day trailing drawdown. It's updated once a day, from your closing balance, but it's enforced in real time: if your balance touches it at any moment, the account fails, even if the trade recovers before the close. On a $50,000 Select evaluation, close day 1 at $51,200 and the floor moves to $49,200 for the next day.
In funded accounts it stops trailing: once your closing balance is $100 above the starting balance plus the drawdown, the floor locks at the starting balance plus $100. On Select funded accounts it also locks as soon as you request a payout, whichever comes first, so an early payout can fix the floor at $50,100 on $50,000 while your balance is still close to it.
| Account | Select Flex: locks after a close above | Select Daily: drawdown | Select Daily: locks after a close above | Floor once locked |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $25,000 | $26,100 | $1,000 | $26,100 | $25,100 |
| $50,000 | $52,100 | $2,000 | $52,100 | $50,100 |
| $100,000 | $103,100 | $2,500 | $102,600 | $100,100 |
| $150,000 | $154,600 | $3,500 | $153,600 | $150,100 |
Select funded: Flex or Daily payouts
| Account | Flex: winning day | Flex: most per payout | Daily: most per payout | Daily: daily loss limit | Daily: buffer |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| $25,000 | $100 | $1,250 | $600 | $500 | $1,100 |
| $50,000 | $150 | $2,500 | $1,250 | $1,000 | $2,100 |
| $100,000 | $200 | $3,500 | $1,750 | $1,250 | $2,600 |
| $150,000 | $250 | $4,500 | $2,500 | $1,750 | $3,600 |
- Flex: a payout every 5 winning days, up to 50% of your profit, with no daily loss limit and no buffer. The first payout needs no minimum balance.
- Daily: you can ask any day once your profit is above the buffer, for smaller amounts, with a daily loss limit. Each payout is also limited to twice the profit you've made since the last one.
- Both: the minimum payout is $250, each cycle after the first must be net profitable, only one request can be open at a time, and funded Select accounts have no consistency rule.
Growth funded payouts
| Account | Balance needed | Winning days per payout | Most per payout: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and later | Minimum payout |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $25,000 | $26,500 | 5 days over $100 | $1,000, $1,000, $1,000, $1,000 | $250 |
| $50,000 | $53,000 | 5 days over $150 | $1,500, $2,000, $2,500, $3,000 | $500 |
| $100,000 | $104,500 | 5 days over $200 | $2,000, $2,500, $3,000, $4,000 | $1,000 |
| $150,000 | $156,500 | 5 days over $250 | $2,500, $3,000, $4,000, $5,000 | $1,500 |
Growth funded accounts have a 35% consistency rule and keep a daily loss limit. Tradeify says approved payouts are paid within 24 to 48 hours, or up to 72 hours if you ask outside business hours.
Lightning Funded: no evaluation
| Account | Price | Drawdown | Daily loss limit | Profit goal: 1st payout, then later | Most per payout: 1st to 3rd, then later |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| $25,000 | $345 | $1,000 | None | $1,500, then $1,000 | $1,000, then $1,000 |
| $50,000 | $492 | $2,000 | $1,250 | $3,000, then $2,000 | $2,000, then $2,500 |
| $100,000 | $660 | $4,000 | $2,500 | $6,000, then $3,500 | $2,500, then $3,000 |
| $150,000 | $796 | $5,250 | $3,000 | $9,000, then $4,500 | $3,000, then $3,500 |
- Consistency: 20% for the first payout, 25% for the second, and 30% from the third on.
- Payouts: no minimum days, a $1,000 minimum payout (on $25,000 it's always exactly $1,000), and one request at a time, which can't be edited or cancelled.
How the consistency rule works
Total profit needed = biggest day's profit ÷ the consistency %
Growth funded, 35%: you've made $3,000 and your best day was $1,200, which is 40%. You need $1,200 ÷ 0.35 = $3,429 of total profit before you can ask, as long as no new day beats $1,200. Lightning's first payout, 20%: an $800 best day means $4,000 of total profit. The rule doesn't fail the account; it only delays the payout, and it starts again after each approved one. Commissions don't count as profit. Read the prop firm consistency rule explained for how other firms use it.

Bots, news and banned strategies
- News: allowed, at your own risk, with no blackout window around releases.
- Bots: algorithmic trading is allowed if the strategy is yours alone, isn't shared with other traders or firms, isn't high-frequency, and you can prove you own it. If you'd like your own rules turned into code, see our Bot & EA service.
- Microscalping (funded accounts): more than 50% of your trades and more than 50% of your profit must come from trades held longer than 10 seconds, or you can't request a payout.
- Hedging: opposite positions in correlated contracts, or across accounts, are banned.
- Inactivity: place at least one trade a week, Monday to Friday, on every evaluation and funded account.
- Errors: exploiting platform or price-display errors can end the account.
Commissions
| Contract | Round turn per contract |
|---|---|
| E-mini S&P 500 (ES), E-mini Nasdaq-100 (NQ) | $5.76 |
| Micro S&P 500 (MES), Micro Nasdaq-100 (MNQ) | $1.82 |
| Gold (GC) | $6.20 |
| Micro gold (MGC) | $2.12 |
| Crude oil (CL) | $6.00 |
On micros, costs add up: ten round turns of MNQ a day is $18.20, more than a tenth of a $150 Flex winning day on $50,000.
How Tradeify pays you
Tradeify's main payout method is Rise. Approved payouts reach your Rise wallet within 24 to 48 hours, and from there you can withdraw to a US bank by ACH (1 to 3 business days), in crypto (hours to a day) or in local currency where Rise supports it, with timing that varies by country. Rise asks for a live selfie and a photo of a government ID. Plane is offered as an alternative.
Tradeify for traders in India
- Eligibility: India isn't on Tradeify's restricted list, dated 4 September 2026, which includes Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam.
- Hours: the US open is at 19:00 or 20:00 IST and you must be flat by 02:15 or 03:15 IST, after midnight.
- Payouts and tax: payouts go through Rise or Plane and are taxable income in India, and crypto withdrawals have their own tax rules, so ask a chartered accountant if you use them. See prop firm taxes, and prop firms in India for where prop firm fees sit under RBI's rules.
Which plan fits which trader
- If you want to pass in a day: Growth has no consistency rule or minimum days, but a daily loss limit and a 35% rule once funded.
- If you dislike daily loss limits: Select with Flex payouts has none at any stage, but needs 3 days and 40% consistency to pass.
- If you want frequent small payouts: Select with Daily payouts, if you can live with a buffer and a daily loss limit.
- If you'd rather skip the test: Lightning Funded costs about three times as much as Select at $50,000 and has the strictest consistency rule.
Whatever the firm, the rules come down to how much you can lose today and in total. Work out today's room with the drawdown calculator, size each trade from its stop with the prop firm lot size calculator, and check your odds of reaching the target first with the risk of ruin calculator.
Tradeify changes its rules from time to time, and its own pages occasionally disagree. If a rule matters to your plan, read it on Tradeify's help centre the day you buy. For other futures firms, see futures prop firms compared, or the full rules for Topstep, Apex Trader Funding and Lucid Trading.
